Returns & Exchanges

At MLO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MLO account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been processed.
